Itchenor is a small ancient village in West Sussex located close to Chichester Harbour, well known and popular with sailing enthusiasts. The surrounding countryside is listed as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and there are miles of sandy beaches at West Wittering.
Itchenor caravan site offers static caravans for sale and a couple of holiday caravans for hire, in a beautiful landscaped park which has been thoughtfully laid out in an old orchard. Each holiday home has a spacious garden, and the park boundaries overlook open farmland offering glimpses of the South Downs and the occasional sail on the harbour waters.
The main park Season runs from 1st March to 31st October, and the 2021 annual rent starts at £3,870. An optional winter licence is also available offering winter use at weekends + Christmas & New Year.
A resident Manager lives on the park all year, to assist you in the summer and look after your holiday home in the winter.

Caravans For Hire
We will open our phone lines on 1st March, to take hire caravan bookings for holidays commencing on 1st May or later. Please note that for the duration of the 2021 season all ‘weekly’ bookings will run from 3pm Saturday to 3pm Friday, to allow extra time for caravans to be cleaned and aired out for the next visitor.

For the 2021 season hire bookings will commence at 3pm on Saturday and end at 3pm on the following Friday. Caravans cannot be booked shorter periods. VAT is included in all hire prices. A £100 deposit is required for all bookings.
Each hire caravan is kitted out with crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, duvets, pillows, colour television, and microwave oven. A full inventory is sent with the Final Booking Receipt. You will need to bring your own linen (sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers) and towels. Coin operated Laundry facilities are available on site, near to the hire caravans. Free wifi included.
Dogs are permitted in one of the hire caravans, with a signed Dog Agreement form. Please let us know if you have a dog.
To Book
Please phone Head Office on 01243 514433 to check availability and reserve your caravan. We will then post/email a Booking Form to you, or you can download and complete this Booking Form and post it back to us with a deposit of £100. If you have a dog, please also return a completed Dog Agreement Form.

There is lots to do in the area. Highlights include exploring the harbour coastline, West Wittering Beach and the cathedral city of Chichester.
Towns – Picturesque local villages include Itchenor, Bosham, Arundel and the ancient Roman city of Chichester.
Eating & Drinking – Local pubs include the Ship and the Lamb. There is a good selection of restaurants in the Witterings and Chichester.
Shopping – East Wittering has all the basics. Chichester is a picturesque market town with a bustling high street.

Activities – The Harbor Way Country club is located 1 mile from the park and offers swimming, tennis, squash and a fitness centre. For walking there are lots of footpaths in the area and you can walk all around Chichester Harbour and on the South Downs. The Salterns Way is a 12 mile walking & cycle path that runs from Chichester to East Head beach and passes adjacent to the park entrance. You can play golf at Selsey and Goodwood. Horse riding at Hunters Lodge and Monnington Equestrian. Outdoor swimming at West Wittering beach. Indoor swimming at Chichester. Sailing at Chichester Yacht Club, Itchenor village, West Wittering and Bosham. Windsurfing on the Wittering beaches. Wakeboarding at Chichester Watersports.
